downswing; how to cope

allereerst dit is niet bedoeld als een puur klaagverhaal, het gaat me er vooral om tips te krijgen om goed om te gaan met een downswing. Ik ben alleen zo geirriteerd op het moment dat ik het ook fijn vind om het ff van me af te schrijven.

Ik heb de laatste paar weken te kampen met een flinke downswing. Waar ik normaliter altijd rustig blijf en elke situatie die ik tijdens het pokeren tegenkom los van elkaar blijf zien ben ik nu ineens super results oriented. Normaal check ik tijdens het pokeren nooit mijn balans of winst/verlies en nu zit ik ineens continue HM graphs te verversen:S. Ik ben al bezig dat iig niet meer te doen maar ik run nog steeds super slecht en mijn spel is bagger. Ik pak gewoon niet meer de potten op waar andere mensen niet voor vechten en dat scheelt gewoon teveel geld. Verder faal ik ook hard om de juiste laydowns te maken en blijf ik het er maar super dun/gewoon slecht ingooien.

Ik vraag me af hoe ik dit probleem op kan lossen. Ik heb al geprobeerd weer wat instructie vids te kijken maar ik heb nu niet echt het gevoel dat ik daar nog veel van leer. Wat doen jullie om goed met een downswing om te gaan?

Graag zou ik willen weten of jullie wel eens hebben meegemaakt dat bij een bepaalde pay out te weinig geld op de bankroll is aangekomen.

Ik heb dit namelijk gisteren meegemaakt en gaat om plm € 250,00.

Ik ga er niet te uitgebreid over in maar je hebt heel af en toe mensen die je ziet op tv of ergens en die je spontaan niet mag. Ik heb dit bij Robl, ik kan zijn kop niet uitstaan, zijn stem gaat door merg en been en hij is ook nog eens een enorme nit die veels te populair doet.
Ik speel ook regelmatig met hem en hij doet niets verkeerd aan tafel qua etiquette etc. en toch moet ik me altijd inhouden om niet bijdehand te gaan doen in de chat. Ik kan met recht zeggen, hij irriteert me mega!

Ben benieuwd of ik hier een paar medestanders kan vinden, zoniet ook goed, haat ik em lekker alleen..:D

Vandaag voor mijn vakantie nog even 4 toernooitjes gespeeld op Pokerstars.Ben ik er drie keer uitgeknikkerd door een quads. En alle quads vielen op de river. En twee van de drie keer lag ik voor op trips. Het 4e toernooitje was een standaard coinflip maar werd uiteraard beslist op de river. 88 vs AJ met een J op de river. Heeft pokerstars weer een nieuwe software update gedaan? En wanneer komt het moment dat AA en KK preflop een instafold wordt? Ik zag ook nog een T7 vs AA preflop allin. Iedere pokerstars speler weet dan dat de T7 wint met een runner runner gutshot straight. Dus dat gebeurde ook gewoon.genoeg geklaagd maar weer.
